Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol Clearwater Theatre reviews
If you read her books, you already know her jokes!
1. Unfortunately, the show was a big disappointment for a couple of reasons. My friend and I were super excited to see Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol and had looked forward to the show for over a month.
2. The show began 35 minutes late and still ended on time, so something was definitely cut out. When I pay over 200 dollars for a show, I'd like to see the entire show.
3. During the entire show (including the opening act), the sound system was horrendous. There was an echo making it hard to hear clearly. If the annoying echo ceased, than the volume was too low.
4. Number one being that if you've watched her show or read her books, you've heard 90% of the material already. Number 2: The PA system was a huge problem in Nashville that night.
5. Most likely, any real fans of Chelsea and her crew are better off reading her books and watching her at home for free. I am sorry to say it, but wouldn't recommend her live act. Sad but true!
